Refund Policy
This policy explains how refunds are handled for M360 services. Because our work is delivered as professional services, refunds depend on the agreed scope and work completed.
1. Professional Services
M360 provides consulting and application development services. Fees are generally based on time, milestones, or fixed scope agreements. Refunds are not provided for work already performed.
2. Deposits and Prepayments
If a deposit or prepayment is required, it will be applied to the project. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
3. Cancellations
Clients may cancel an engagement with written notice. All work completed up to the cancellation date remains payable. Any prepaid amounts above completed work may be refunded or credited at M360's discretion.
4. Disputes
If you believe an invoice is incorrect or services were not delivered as agreed, notify us within 14 days of the invoice date. We will review the matter and respond in writing.
